The Pathfinder – December 2015

Greetings and Happy Holidays!

2015 has turned out to be one of the most fulfilling years of my career. Two years ago I made the decision to step aside in operations, and subsequently promoted Sherpa Ethan Tancredi to President. Ethan took the reins and has done an incredible job streamlining and perfecting our daily operations, which has freed me up to plan the future of MySherpa. I am thrilled to thank Ethan for his hard work and accomplishments in such a short period of time. I can’t wait to ring in the New Year and see more of our plans implemented!

We’ve experienced a remarkable period of growth, and I am proud to report that this year, we have really seen our Sherpas step up to the challenge. Colin Eldred has taken over the technical account management role and is working diligently to provide the proactive planning as well as handling concerns that are time sensitive and urgent.

Another shining star is Sherpa James Stewart, who has redefined our Service department through his talent management skills and “people-first” organizing ability. James has single-handedly redefined our performance metrics and reporting methods so we can see our daily progress in real-time throughout our office.

As we grow, we also are bringing new faces on board. This year, we’re proud to welcome Rachel Perkowski, Sherpa Business Manager, as our newest member of the Tribe. Rachel comes to us with a strong background in office operations, and we’re so glad she’s here!

Although we are business technology guides, we rely on the skills and teamwork of our Sherpas to give our clients our very best day in and out. We’re so proud of our team and they great work they do every day, all year long.

I think 2016 will be a great year for many Delaware businesses. We’re seeing owner confidence up and many businesses are considering new ventures, expansions and upgrades; in just the past month, clients have contacted us to discuss setting up new offices as well as numerous new technology projects! We’re consistently very busy, which is what Sherpas like!

We are excited for next year and all the good it will bring! Keep an open mind for new opportunities personally and professionally, and you will be rewarded for being open minded.

Many happy returns to you and yours,

Greg Gurev
Head Sherpa and CEO
