Quick Overview
MySherpa has partnered with Alternative Payments to offer a variety of convenient online payment options, including financing for large invoices. You can access your payment dashboard at pay.mysherpa.com. The site will feature both Dorset Connects and MySherpa logos.

Available Payment Options
- ACH Transfers: Free, secure, and convenient. Save your bank account details for future payments. If required, whitelist Originator ID: 8263863381.
- Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards are accepted. Visa, MasterCard, Discover incur a 2.9% convenience fee, while American Express is charged 3.5%.
- Pay in Installments: Spread large invoice payments over 30–150 days. Approval by Alternative Payments is required.
- Automatic Payments: Enroll via the Auto-Pay section or contact the Invoicing Team. Previous autopay preferences have been transferred to the new system.
