The Rise of the VCIO
Here at MySherpa, we’re constantly refining our services to better guide our clients through the maze of technology choices. One of the great new features we’re implementing is our Virtual CIO or Chief Information Officer program - a terrific new element in our already outstanding service plans.
If you’re a MySherpa client, you’ll now be receiving the staffing benefit of having a dedicated Information Officer. This officer is responsible for reviewing account usage, monitoring projects or upgrades, and keeping you, the business owner, in the loop. This means big benefits right away, including a single point of contact, an increased focus on identifying your businesses’ needs and goals, and of course, having easy access to the entire technical expertise of the Sherpa roster.
