Jess H here for Greg – I get to take over the newsletter once a year to let you know that once again, Team Sherpa is going to be running and walking in the Delaware KIDS Fund 5K!

If you haven’t heard, this is a great non-profit that helps kids in our area by providing much-needed support, like food, clothing, shelter, counseling, mentorships and even educational grants.

Everything in our business relies upon technology – and with the Internet of Things rapidly expanding, we are continually adding more and more complex systems to manage. So when life cycles of technology come to an end – what are you doing to update your tech? Or are you still patching it to “make it work”?

Tech industry forecasts for 2013 indicate no signs of stopping the growing momentum for replacing outmoded tools with faster, more efficient systems and programs.

New Year, New challenges

2013 is in full swing! Here at Base Camp, the Sherpas are busy exploring new technology and discovering many new challenges! The big one we’re tackling is the issue of mobility management: smart phones and tablets are quickly becoming indispensable work tools.
